We want every order to arrive exactly as you imagined. Here's everything you need to know.
Shipping
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- United States, Canada, UK, Europe — 5–15 business days
- Australia — 5–15 business days
- New Zealand — 10–20 business days
- Rest of world — 10–20 business days
Free shipping on all orders over $49 USD.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Import duties and country-specific charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours your order will have entered processing and we're unable to cancel.
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
To initiate a return email hello@asleka.com with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval won't be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@asleka.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
