We recommend using the garment measurements. If you're between sizes, the fit note on each product page tells you which way to go. Still unsure — email us your measurements and we'll tell you exactly what to order.
Our pieces are sourced internationally and sizing varies significantly from standard AU/NZ labels. We always publish the actual garment measurements on every product page — use those numbers rather than your usual label size and you'll be much more accurate. If the garment chest or hip measurement is larger than your body measurement, that's normal — the difference is called ease, and it's how the garment is designed to fit.
It depends on the garment. For our wide-leg trousers, size to your hip measurement — the waist is elasticated and will adjust. For our shirts and tops, consider how you like things to fit. Our tops are cut boxy and relaxed — if you prefer less volume, size down. If you like drape and room, stay true to size. You can also email us your measurements and the product you're looking at and we'll give you a straight answer.
It varies by product. Our trousers have elasticated waists so they accommodate a range within each size — size to your hip. Our shirts and tops are generously cut and boxy — they will feel larger than a standard fitted top in the same label size. Every product page has a fit note that tells you specifically whether to size up, down, or stay true to size for that garment.
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre. Australia and New Zealand: 7–14 business days. United Kingdom, United States and Canada: 7–21 business days — most orders arrive within 14. All orders include tracking and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags attached. Return postage is at the customer's cost in all markets. Start a return by emailing hello@asleka.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Yes — if you need a different size, return your original order and place a new order for the correct size. We'll process your return refund within 3 business days of receiving the item back. If you're unsure about sizing before you order, email us first — we'd rather help you get it right first time.
Email us immediately at hello@asleka.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it out — replacement, refund, or whatever makes it right. We don't make this difficult.
Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, or hand wash. Hang to dry — do not tumble dry as linen shrinks with heat. A warm iron brings linen back to life beautifully. Expect a very slight softening with each wash — this is normal for linen blends and actually makes them better over time.
With proper care — cold wash, gentle cycle, hang to dry — colours should hold well. We recommend washing darks inside out. If you notice any fading beyond normal wear, email us.
Our white linen tops are lightweight and may show slight sheerness in direct sunlight — we mention this on the product page. We recommend styling them with a camisole underneath if you're concerned. It's a quality of the fabric, not a defect.
Email us at hello@asleka.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can — but once an order has been dispatched we can't stop it. If it's already shipped, we'll process a return the moment it arrives back with us.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. UK customers — since Brexit, orders over £135 may attract import VAT. We're not able to predict the exact amount in advance.
